Hi Sid, Thanks so much for all of the great work that all of you did at our event last Saturday. The catering was wonderful and everything went great! The coffee in the morning, the lunches in the afternoon, the bar for the reception, and the dinner in the evening all came together exactly as planned and everything was soooooo delicious!!! The salad was one the best I've ever tasted! That could have been a meal all on its own as far as I'm concerned. But I have to say the entrée was an outstanding compliment. The salmon was cooked to perfection and the sauce under the rice and vegetables was delicious. The dessert topped it off perfectly. It was not too sweet but yet sweet enough, and since it was topped with fruit, that made it more "healthier", so I had to eat. ;-) You guys do a wonderful job preparing meals for campus events and please give my compliments to your staff who assisted.
